Besides the development of the Dutch-German SDI, X-border-GDI is also focussed on transfer and exchange of knowledge, experiences, and particular technical parts of the SDI.

Therefore X-border-GDI co-operates with other cross-border SDI programmes in order to realise added value and synergies by linking activities and enabeling interoperability.
