In 2004, various organisations and administrative divisions submitted project proposals. Today, several of these projects are about to be recognised.
The project proposal ‘Planning and Construction in the Euregio Maas-Rhein’ was approved and the project has officially started. A geoportal and basic X-border-GDI services will be realised in the scope of this project. This represents the first phase in the development of the necessary infrastructure.
